There is nothing more important than the health and well-being of my constituents.
Joyce Beatty, OH-03
Recently, a GOP-dominated state House of Representatives passed an amendment that would place limits on any new orders by the state health director.
We have legislators that are more concerned with lining their pockets than keep their constituents safe and healthy.
Although I am just as eager as everyone else to get back to normal, it is imperative to continue to protect each other and ourselves until the Coronavirus is under control.
The state has begun to reopen and the cases have begun to rise again. We can reduce the number of cases, but we all have to commit to sheltering in place a little longer.
Take the pledge and recommit to shelter in place orders to reduce the spread of Coronavirus in our community.
